Last kit ... for 2014

1/43 kits

In the last couple of days in 2014, couple of 1/43 kits have arrived.

The pictures show the 250 GTO full details kit from Makeup Japan. On top of the yellow box, it is a 1/43 Tameo 312T2 inside the red box.

And one side is done.

Trinity D3.5 5% certified 13.5T

Finally put it on my T4 to replace the Express 13.5 motor. No setup or ESC parameter change, best lap improved by 0.05s out of 11.9sec range and gain 2 sec in 5 mins count.

Most importantly, it runs 10c degree cooler !

After a few rounds of putty, sanding and surface primer, the main bodyshell and engine / gear box are almost ready for next step.

There are a few areas on front body shell need to sand down and replace by PE parts. Will have to study the PE manual carefully before taking further action.

PE parts arrived, but they are small ... I know it is 1:24 and not even 1/43 so I should not complain ... Where are my glasses ?
